Clem’s Day at the Spa

I co-own a dog grooming shop with my spouse. We want to try to introduce a new style of grooming/training for dogs that are bad at being groomed. Clem has to be sedated when he comes to us and has bit each of us several times, but his owners are good people and deep down Clem is a good dog. We took him to the park before and after his grooming. He wasn’t perfect but he was better when groomed. Hopefully over time he’ll get to be good enough where he won’t need to be sedated.

Yea, he is cute. We think he has schnauzer and dandy dinmont in him, so we make his head more like a dandy dinmont.

thanks. Yea, his owners are really great people. It’s hard when you have those owners that you can’t tell them that they’re dog is bad at being groomed because they automatically think it’s your fault. : P People need to be more aware of their pet’s problems and be willing to fix them.

Good job on the training aspect to groom this pup. I wish we all had the time to do this. Then mabey all those bad dogs would get better, along with the help of owner comliance. My hat off to you for taking the time…
