hi, i was wondering if it was safe to bleach a black dogs fur, in order to dye it afterwards. because i have a tri-colored pomeranian, and most of her fur is black

@Chas1ngM3m0ries It’s not about if WE can do that, we can do the same bad job she did by just going to the store and buying them blowpens for only what $10? and do it ourselves, but when you take them to a dog groomer and they do that and you pay $60 then you HAVE to expect it to be in tip top shape…

i wanted to dye my dogs red white and blue for the 4th of july, but my dogs kinda killed the blow pens.
oh well.
